Cognitive Behavioral therapyCognitive Behavioral therapy focuses on how your thoughts influence your mood and your actions. It is a well established therapy. I use CBT in conjunction with EMDR, Writing Therapy, and Solution-Focused therapy, or we can use CBT exclusively based on your needs preference and comfort. I am flexible. CBT is an excellent and treatment strategy.
